Membership

Annual Dues are payable to the Guild by the members and shall be payable in advance on of the first day of May each
year. Dues of a new member shall be prorated from the first day of the month in which such new member applies.

Members Only

Only members in good standing will be allowed to have their works and bio shown on Members & Models

Voting Rights

Each Regular Member in good standing shall be entitled to one vote on each matter submitted to a vote of the members.

Powers and Right of Members

A. Members of the Guild in good standing have the power:

  1. To determine major decisions outside of the everyday operations of the Guild.

  2. To remove from office any officer for good and sufficient cause, at a regular or special meeting.

  3. To hear, consider, and approve or disapprove reports of the officers and committees of the Guild.

  4. To amend the by-laws by a two-thirds vote of all the members in good standing.

  5. Each member shall have the right to inspect at reasonable times the books of account and membership
records of the Guild on written or oral request to the Clerk of the Guild.

Non-Discrimination

The Guild shall not discriminate on the basis of race, creed or sex in the administration of it's programs.
